Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Wime iPhone application (“Wime”, the “App”). By downloading or using Wime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

Wime grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of Wime and is incorporated here by reference. Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA differ, the stricter protection for you applies.

2. What Wime does

Wime automatically detects the places you visit and how long you stay, and presents them as a private timeline with insights, a map, and widgets. All of your data is stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Wime Pro subscription

Wime is free to try for 7 days. After the trial, continued access to Pro features (unlimited history, insights, your activity map, and data export) requires an auto-renewing subscription, Wime Pro, available as:

• Wime Pro (Monthly), 1 month, $2.99 USD.
• Wime Pro (Yearly), 1 year, $19.99 USD.

Prices are in U.S. dollars; local prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and applicable taxes. Each subscription includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Billing & renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Managing & cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or via the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by law. The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Wime is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Location detection depends on iOS system services and is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
