Terms of Use

License

Wime Desk is sold through the Mac App Store and licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few plain points to it.

Price

Wime Desk is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and there are no in-app purchases. Updates are free. Apple processes the payment and handles refunds.

Your data

What Wime Desk records belongs to you and stays on your Mac, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups, for example with Time Machine.

No warranty

Wime Desk is provided as is. We work to keep its records accurate, but time tracking is automatic and can miss or misread activity. Please don't rely on it alone for billing, payroll or legal records.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with a new “Last updated” date.
